We have conducted some research on various magazine adverts, all within our genre (RnB) in order for us to spot and possibly also use any common trends and conventions when creating our magazine advert

From this research we can see that the outfits wore in the magazine adverts are quite bold and stand out. They also use common language such as "Out Now" and feature artists websites. The artists name also stands out and a hit single from the album are also features of RnB magazine adverts. This will help us to take into consideration common/mandatory conventions of magazine adverts of this genre.
